These terms govern your use of cite.solutions and the services provided by Cite Solutions. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these terms. Engagement-specific terms are documented in the signed engagement agreement and prevail where there is conflict with this page.
Site use
cite.solutions and all content on it (text, graphics, logos, data) are made available for general informational purposes. You may read, share, and quote excerpts with attribution. Republishing entire pages, scraping content for resale, or training proprietary models on our content without permission is not permitted.
Open data and licensing
Specific datasets we publish (such as the AI search statistics page) are explicitly licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC-BY 4.0). When a CC-BY notice is present on a page, you may reuse and republish the licensed content with attribution to Cite Solutions and a link back to the source page.
Services
When you engage Cite Solutions for managed services (audits, ongoing programs, content engineering, brand authority work), the engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement. That agreement covers scope, deliverables, payment terms, confidentiality, intellectual property, and termination. The terms on this page apply to public site use only.
Intellectual property
The CITE™ framework, our methodology, our internal dashboards, and our proprietary research tooling are intellectual property of Cite Solutions. Public-facing content on cite.solutions can be quoted with attribution. Internal methodologies, prompts, and tooling shared during client engagements remain confidential under the engagement agreement.
No professional advice
Content on cite.solutions is general guidance, not client-specific professional advice. Decisions made on the basis of public-site content are taken at your own risk. For tailored guidance, engage us under a service agreement.
Third-party content
cite.solutions cites and links to third-party sources including research publications, agency blogs, news outlets, and AI platform documentation. Inclusion does not imply endorsement. We do not control third-party content and disclaim responsibility for it.
Liability
Public-site content is provided as-is, without warranty. Cite Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from public-site use. Engagement-specific liability is governed by the signed service agreement.
Changes to these terms
We update these terms when our practices change. The "Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued site use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
